In a heartwarming display of community spirit, members teamed up with Ansonia PD and ARMS to collect toys for TEAM Toys 4 Kids outside Target.

Engine 1 was dispatched to cover Great Hill Hose in Seymour, today due to the numerous call for service. Engine 1's crew came upon this vehicle stuck in the water on Bungay Rd. with 2 parties trapped inside. Both parties were rescued by Engine 1's crew. Ansonia Fire Department

Last night the Fountain Hose Company 1 held its 2024 past captains/old timers night. The night was held to honor our immediate past Captian Tim Lembo and several members with years of service awards. It was great time with the members, the chiefs and officers of the Ansonia Fire Department , elected officials from the city and state.

The officers and members of Fountain Hose Co.1 would like to offer our deepest condolences to past 2nd Lieutenant Patrick Buckley and former 1st Lieutenant Nick Orrino on the loss of their Son / Nephew. Members are encouraged to attend the services in civilian dress to pay there respects.
