Bill and I have been busy since the beginning of 2026. We bought a 2nd home in North Georgia that needed a little bit of work and of course needed to be furnished...it's been fun but I am glad we are almost done. We have a ton of travel booked for 2027, so we are looking to rent it out for mid term or long term for the first year (1-12 months) We have had a couple of interested parties but nothing solid yet. Both were current or future owners in Lake Arrowhead, our new community. If you know of anyone looking for a super location in the foothills of the Georgia Mountains....feel free to share this with those individuals and let them know we are open to answer any questions they may have.

I have been super busy with individual bookings over the last few months and want to get back to some group travel planning! I am going to spend next week setting up a River Cruise for 2026. I have secured some discount coupons so I will have information available on deposits , costs, timing and itineraries soon! I have been doing a lot of training on Australia and thinking about a 2027 group trip there. It can be pricey because there is alot of ground to cover and I am thinking it should be about two weeks long minimum....stay tuned!

Currently working on an itinerary for Spain and Portugal for 2 clients, have 9 clients leaving for Oktoberfest soon and have a group going to Iceland in 2026. Over Christmas I have families traveling on Royal Caribbean, and another family of adults going on Virgin Voyages and families going on Celebrity next summer. I am surprised about the number of cruises people are taking! I have a couple people considering Australian and another couple looking at Egypt including a cruise along the Nile and really excited to book a couple going to Antarctica! Today I a planning a surprise trip for Thanksgiving for someone. So much pressure...they want me to pick based on where they have been and what they like to do!

I'm super excited to attend this training! I have been booking clients to Antarctica and this is a great destination to explore when you start your trip in Buenos Aires! Special thank you to the Uruguay Tourism Authority for this invitation. I'm lucky enough to have clients headed to Antarctica and want to see Uruguay prior to their departure from Buenos Aires! I'll have the opportunity to network with hoteliers and DMC's while receiving an in-depth training.
