🎈Job Responsibilities 🎈
- Assist with hot air balloon setup and equipment handling
- Help prepare for flights alongside the pilot
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience
- Track and follow the balloon during flight
- Pack up equipment and return to base after the flight
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local land owners
🎈Qualifications 🎈
- Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- Good overall physical condition
- Plus if you can drive a vehicle with a trailer
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
🎈Compensation 🎈
- $60 per shift (approx 3.5 hours) + tips
- Opportunities for additional pay based on experience and responsibilities
🎈Schedule 🎈
- Primarily early mornings, with each shift lasting 3-4 hours. Usually done by 9 or 10 AM.
- Occasional afternoon shifts available
- Flexible scheduling, with shifts available weekdays, weekends, and holidays
