📢 Travel Update:

Beginning June 1, 2026, Hyatt has announced an operational update that will apply to all Hyatt Vivid hotels & resorts and Sunscape resorts.

Guests should be aware that a $10 USD Room Service Delivery Fee per order will now apply for in-room dining service.

Here are a few important details to keep in mind before traveling:

The delivery fee applies per room service order, regardless of the number of guests in the room.

Each order may include up to 10 food items and four beverages under a single delivery fee.

Additional or separate orders will incur an additional delivery fee.

The fee applies to all guests and room categories at these resorts.

Guests will be informed of the applicable charge prior to placing their order.

Cash payments for room service will not be accepted.

At check-in, guests will be asked to provide a credit card to facilitate incidental charges associated with room service and other resort services.

Hyatt has shared that this update is intended to help maintain timely, high-quality in-room dining experiences across participating resorts.
