Rumors are just that... rumors. Disney has asked that we NOT give credibility to any reports by bloggers or financial analysts who do NOT have inside information about Disney Destinations or government health protocols. Those articles stating Disney won’t be opening parks for an excessively long time are CLICK BAIT. Those posts are looking for clicks to gain more revenue!

Currently Disney Parks are canceling reservations through mid-May, that’s the official word.

The CDC is keeping their website up-to-date with travel instructions and restrictions. I will recommend you follow the advice of officials and your doctor in regards to traveling.

Some of you may have seen some click-bait articles going around about how Disney is not re-opening until 2021. If you read it you'll see that one financial firm is predicting this. Others on Wall Street are more optimistic, predicting a summer opening. Disney has not released an official opening date, but they are accepting reservations for June 1 and later. You are able to modify bookings if an opening date occurs before or after that date. Currently, Universal is officially closed until May 31, which is subject to change.

Disney and Universal are working with the Florida Task Force on safely re-opening their theme parks implementing health and safety guidelines. They are being very vague now, as I hear more I will share.
