Last was a good night to beat the heat and go flounder gigging.. It's been a flat out scorcher here in Rockport and Port Aransas but when the sun goes down it has been nice and enjoyable.

At Midnight 1 fish in the boat, a night every fishing guide fears no tide movement everything looked like a dead sea. With two bound and determined clients, quitting was not an option on the boat. We gave it our all, and the results were limits of flounder and black drum.
