In my 7 years managing The Pelican, glad this has only happened twice… but the second time was today. A family showed up thinking they had rented the house but had paid scammers on a Craigslist ad. Please know I exclusively list on vrbo and anything else is fraud. I feel for the people that lost money and vacation plans falling for these scammers. 😢

New hot tub got dropped in by crane! 🏗️ 😎 I can’t wait to try it! And it has some cool tech to balance and clean the water, needing a lot less chemicals.

The sky is being a total drama queen tonight. 😎 It topped off a beautiful Feb weekend with us celebrating the pup’s 1st birthday with some doggy “ice cream” we picked up at a pet shop in Cannon Beach. 🍨 😁
