Below is a description of the tour which is available to purchase at anytime.
Description: Come join us for an incredible 8-day cycling trip in the Piedmont Region of Italy, home of the “Slow Food Movement.” Being at the foothills of the Alps, this tour takes you through rolling countryside with fantastic views of the local wine country. This part of Italy is famous for Barolo wine, which has been referred to as the King of Wines and The Wine of Kings. The picturesque region is also well known for truffles and hazelnuts. Yes, think fine red wine, Nutella, and Ferrero chocolates. Adiamo! Let’s go!
Dates: Self-guided: available from the 3rd week of April through the end of October
Included:
Overnight stay and breakfast based on double occupancy (twin beds or double) for 7 nights
Piemontese welcome dinner on arrival
Wine tasting
E-Bikes, including side bags, lock and helmet
Clear route descriptions
Transport of luggage to all accommodations
Free parking at the arrival and departure addresses
