Sunset Point on Smith Lake is a private retreat located in the heart of Smith Lake so you can enjoy the pristine water with a morning kayak or paddle board excursion or just sit on the swim dock enjoying a cup of joe from the Coffee Bar. This is our family home that is extremely well appointed from the furnishings to the included paddle boards, kayaks, corn hole, arcade games, fire pit, s’mores ki

ts, and don’t forget the expansive coffee bar and all New Waffle Bar. Words can’t describe how relaxing it is to wake up in the plush king bed in the master bedroom and just gaze out the opened glass doors at the pristine water and take in the majestic views that surround Sunset Point. This is a 5 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom lakefront home with a gourmet eat in kitchen and everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner your mother-in-law will be proud of. Master bedroom - King with luxurious en suite

We supply bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion, body wash, conditioner), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath towels, coffee bar, s’mores kits, waffle bar.. This is a remote and private retreat on the water in a forest which means there are spiders, spiderwebs outside, wildlife, and insects that you will interact with as they are part of the lake and forest ecosystem so please prepare your guests. Due to the remote location internet is available , but is spotty. Verizon not so much. Hosts are available 24 hours a day to answer questions and assist, but will not bother you during your stay. Their a neighborhood boat launch just a block from the house and we are conveniently located between two Marinas for gas.
