I am a native Texan, but have mad love for Florida, Universal, and all things Disney. I became a travel agent for many reasons, but the most important? We all work hard and I believe that enjoying the fruits of our labor away from our normal routines is important! Vacations are vital for mental & emotional health. 🛳️Disney cruise news! Early sailings and itineraries have been released for late 2027 and early 2028! If you’ve sailed before, I can book you now. If you are looking to book your first Disney cruise, I can book you starting Sept. 8th for these dates.
I’m so excited we have Bahamian sailings from Galveston! That means stops at Disney’s private islands.
I love our Mexico ports as much as the next cruise girlie, but this is fun news! 🏝️

☀️ Exciting things are happening! Lots of Halloween events. Holiday events starting right after spooky season ends. Disneyland 2027 bookings are open! Universal 2027 bookings are open. Booking for Spring Break 2027 and Alaska cruises for 2027 are in high gear right now! And more cruise itineraries for 2027 and beyond are out!

Fun tips:
Did you know that you can use your Disney Dining plan snack credits for many items at Epcot Food and Wine Festival? I always save mine for Epcot day!

On a Disney cruise, you can use any Magic Band + on the ship. If you already have one from a Disney World vacation, no need to buy one specifically for the cruise (unless you just want a new one. No judgement here. 😉)
Just bring it with you during boarding. Be sure it’s a Plus though!

I’ve got my tickets and stays booked for Universal’s Halloween Horror Nights and Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! We are even doing a Halloween on the high Seas Disney Cruise on the Fantasy this year!
Now it’s time to book yours!
You can go not so scary at Disney World, or on a Disney ship or go truly terrifying at Universal Orlando!

I really enjoyed my day at Universal Kids Resort. As advertised, this theme park and resort were made for families with young children. I would say 7 & under or kids 8 to 10 who love these characters, having a fun day with their parents, but don’t love a park full of big rides they are afraid of with only one section they can enjoy. This ENTIRE park was created for those kids and families. For the right families with the right expectations, this is a great way to spend a day enjoying rides, character meet & greets and shows designed just for you. There are splash pads galore, familiar characters your kids probably already love and a whimsical resort framing the front of the park that makes it easy to nap, take a break, take a swim or just rest during the hottest part of a Texas summer day.
