Well, I officially lived here long enough already that I didn’t even flinch when a gecko fell on me when I opened a door today. Enjoying tropical fruits, beautiful temples, and even Daisy loves lounging by the pool. Oh, and I rescued a chicken from drowning. Life is full of adventure.

Had a full day in Hollywood/L.A. yesterday. Started at the Griffith observatory, then hit Hollywood for the Chinese Theater, Walk of Fame (Hi Lionel!), the Hollywood Bowl (free museum and open to the public), the L.A. temple, some fine art at The Getty, and ended with dinner at Din Tai Fung and the beach in Santa Monica.

Disneyland and California Adventure ✔️
So fun running into friends from Ashburn! Andrew is a fun theme park companion because he has no inhibitions. I dared him to yell K-chow at people wearing Cars merchandise, and pretend he was Spider-Man when he saw people wearing Spider-Man merch, which really added to my day.
