I have been invited to participate in the upcoming Healing Hearts Festival in Black Mountain on September 20-25. This marks the one year anniversary of Hurricane Helene which devastated our area. Recovery efforts continue to this day for both the land and the people. The festival will feature healers from our community devoted to physical, psychological and spiritual healing journeys we have been on. I hope to see you there :-)

Introducing Oneness Walks, which will take place on an easy trail in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains (custom tours are available for those who would prefer a more challenging hike). We begin with a grounding meditation and an invitation for participants to connect with the natural beauty and aliveness this Universe has to offer. Then we set an intention to help guide us as we begin our journey into Mother Nature. As we walk, we will be guided to recognize our sense of oneness with all that is, while Mother Nature provides a beautiful container for Self-exploration and Self-discovery.

I used to offer two excursions (Awakening in Nature Hikes and Energetic Healing in Nature Hikes) through Airbnb Experiences.
