HAZE FOR DAYS! 🍺 We're pumped to share this new Hazy IPA brewed by our awesome team here in Asheville!

Our NEIPA was brewed with a simple bill of pale malt and oats. Our hop schedule ⁣included just enough bitterness to balance the massive whirlpool and dry hop editions ⁣⁣of citra, amarillo and cascade. The water profile is also built from scratch, using high ⁣mineral levels which allow chlorides to accentuate the soft fruity flavors of the hops as well as lend itself to a pillowy mouthfeel. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
This was fermented at a facemelting 100f with our newly released WLP518 Opshaug Kveik Ale Yeast strain and is ⁣⁣hitting the taps extremely fresh at 12 days old, though it only took 3 days to ferment.
