Summer isn't over yet, but 8 p.m. sunsets are. That's why today is the final day of our 6 p.m. Rooftop Sunset Tour for 2026.

Beginning September 1 (tomorrow for those of you keeping score at home), the tour moves to 5 p.m. And to keep your fall rooftop lineup simple, we’re also adjusting our afternoon Sky’s the Limit Tour schedule to a 4 p.m. start each day. Here's the lineup:

🌅 Rooftop Sunset Tour — 5 p.m.

Our busy fall season is almost here, the rooftops are calling, and we need another great personality to help us show off Asheville! We’re looking for a part-time Tour Guide who:

❤️ Loves Asheville
🙋 Loves meeting people
🏛️ Gets excited about history and architecture
🎤 Is comfortable entertaining a group
📸 Doesn’t mind snapping a great photo or two
⏰ Is dependable and flexible
🍹 Thinks spending a few hours visiting Asheville rooftops sounds like a pretty great way to earn a paycheck!

You don’t need to be an Asheville history expert—we’ll teach you. What we can’t teach is enthusiasm, curiosity, reliability, and a genuine love of people.

Our guides get to meet visitors from all over the world, share the stories that make Asheville fascinating, enjoy some incredible views, and help create an experience our guests will remember long after they head home. We offer competitive pay + tips with a flexible part-time schedule.

This week, the roofcrop crew swapped elevators for pedals and joined our friends at Amazing Pubcycle Tours for a complimentary tour exchange. We learned a few things, had a lot of laughs, and confirmed that pedaling while socializing is definitely a skill.

A huge thank-you to the Asheville Pubcycle team for the hospitality and a fantastic experience. Supporting fellow local tourism businesses is one of our favorite things about being part of the Asheville community.
