Christian young adults ages 18–30: explore the land of the Bible and engage with the people, places, and questions shaping the Holy Land today.

This 2027 experience combines a Christian tour with a three-day educational seminar. For approved groups, MFA-sponsored inclusions cover airfare from an approved gateway, the seminar, and two nights of accommodations with meals. Sample 10-day trips start at $1,699 per person, based on double occupancy.

Groups need at least 30 qualifying participants. Approval and availability apply.

Spotlight Program: Counseling & Trauma Care in Romania

This service-learning program gave students field experience in community-based trauma recovery work, exploring cross-cultural perspectives on resilience, mental health, and social support systems.

Highlights included:
• Service hours in children’s homes and community centers
• Counseling and social work observations
• Discussions on cultural perspectives of trauma and recovery

This course was designed for Counseling and Social Work students, but could be adapted for courses in Human Development, Psychology, Public Health, or Applied Humanities.
