At the end of Rt11 turn left, follow straight.

After you cross the drawbridge on the river, make the first left and immediately turn left into the marina. We are located just a few boats down.

Well the boats are about ready, Captain Frank is getting a new floor put in the boat soon and she will be ready for the water. With the bite already starting to fire up, we will have a boat ready in Ashtabula early May this year at River Marine. The second boat will go in shortly after at Sutherland, so watch for the launch coming up soon.

Just a FYI, I know the price of fuel is on everyone’s mind, mine probably more than some. I have no plans to raise prices or do fuel surcharges so far. If the fish stay close like last year we should be good, but if those fish move to the border in late July/August I may need to revisit the situation. Let’s hope things normalize and we get to enjoy a nice summer with reasonable fuel 😉

Come out to Mines and Meadows this weekend and find the clear eggs! One of them has a full 6 person charter inside 😉
I will personally be there the entire weekend on camp site 32, stop by and let’s talk fishing!

Wow, February 1st, where has the time gone. It’s time to start thinking about spring and getting the boats ready to go! I brought Lost Tackle I home last fall and will be updating the rest of the electronics when I pull it from storage next month, as well as adding some more powerful transducers in the hull. The Gone Bad boat I left in storage at the lake, it will be receiving a new stereo system when it hits the water.
As usual, the phone is beginning to ring and folks are ready for this ice and snow to vacate the area. If you are looking to get on the books, need to verify if you rebooked your dates from last season, or need help with another date, please reach out by phone or message.
I have been asked a few times if we will be attending any shows, we haven’t in the past and so far there are no plans for the future. We are usually booked up by May and most book before they leave the boat each year and we thank you for that.
Hopefully the groundhog gives us some good news tomorrow and we can begin to break from this cold weather !
