Based at 730 East Durant Avenue in Aspen, Frias Properties has expanded its reach into Snowmass Village. In 2023, we assumed property management responsibilities for Chamonix, Homestead, The Enclave, and Owl Creek Homes, establishing our Snowmass operations at The Enclave located at 360 Wood Road in Snowmass Village. Our vacation rental management and property management divisions are staffed by professional teams. These teams, comprising property managers, maintenance personnel, housekeeping managers, guest service agents, concierge desk, and sales, marketing, and accounting professionals, provide our clients with a seamless and enjoyable experience.
