Our first vinegar was developed accidentally in 2005 when there was an overabundance of raspberries. The vinegar was for Christmas and the response of our friends and family was amazing. We then placed some on our farmers market stand and were never able to have enough. Chaparral Gardens Artisan Vinegars start with hand selected, hand picked fruits, herbs, and vegetables grown on our organic farm.

The fruits and herbs are placed in small vats along with an organic Kosher base vinegar. Our vinegars are made with love and we hope that you make them a mainstay in your pantry for years to come. I keep getting asked about this sun tea I make.
Its my favorite and not caffeinated...but it has a dark tea twist... so lets share!
1/2 cup or 10 tsp rooibos tea put in muslin teabag.
Fresh cut herbs(mint, basil, lemon balm,)
1 cup dried hybiscus
Water
Thats it..put outside. Full moon soon so do an overnight moon tea and charge with a feminine energy.
Sweeten with...honey, or favorite sugar.
You can also throw in some vinegar..i like blackberry...to give it a twist.
