HEY! This thing is still here.

Here's a list of all the days/weekends that are double strike days.

Valentines day (Feb 14th)
Presidents Day (Feb 17th)
Mill fest (March 14th-16th)
St Patricks Day (March 17th)
High Fest (March 22nd)
Palmer Fest (March 28th-30th)
Moms weekend (April 4th-6th)
# Fest (April 11th-13th)

The sheet in the office also lists Spring Break (March 9th) and Easter (April 20th) as double strike days, but Boyd isn't open on those days, so feel free to not show up.

These shifts are in the sub book, so if you want to take them, sign up for them!

You'll get enough positive points for a free meal ticket!

Just a reminder that we're offering at least 5 POSITIVE POINTS (enough for a free meal ticket) to anybody who picks up a shift this Halloween weekend.

Also, keep in mind that this weekend is a SPECIAL WEEKEND. If you don't show up for your shift, you'll receive 2 STRIKES instead of one.

Don't forget that tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 8:30pm is the second SALADS MEETING!

If you didn't attend the first one last week and work a Salads, Salad Help, Pastry, Kitchen Help or Floater shift, you MUST attend tomorrow's meeting or you'll receive a STRIKE!

You will be paid for the meeting, so make sure that you clock in.

HELLO! Boyd Dining Hall's page is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! We know not everybody diligently checks our emails (or flat out doesn't get them), so we are RELAUNCHING our page to reach as many of you as possible!
We'll be posting reminders about mandatory meetings, special weekends, and also the occasional featured dish or special menu item (hot apple cider, chocolate fountain, etc).

We also have a TWITTER PAGE for those of you who prefer that sort of thing. We'll try to be concise to fit within the 140 character constraint, but most of our longer posts will just be linking back to this page.

ANYWHO, be sure to spread the word to everyone! We don't like giving strikes for people not being informed, so we're going to broadcast on as many platforms as possible.
Or rather, just Twitter and Facebook. I don't think anyone is clamoring for a Boyd Dining Hall Google+ profile.

Hi Boyder's we had an amazing winter quarter!! Hope all finals went well and enjoy your spring break be safe and have fun. We will be re-opened on Monday March 26th for breakfast at 7:15 See you all soon!
