On the road again, this time back to DC to speak with Congress for some necessary action around issues critical to the travel industry.

PSA: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is a zoo today. The travel surge is real, please arrive to the airport at least 2-4 hours prior to flight departure depending on whether you are flying domestic or international.

Summer vacations are in full swing. I know I’ve been repeating myself for 3 years now, but lots of patience is required when traveling. For different reasons now than 2-3 years ago but still needed.

We love helping people get where they need to go quickly and efficiently, but we really shine when we need to bring them back unexpectedly. Stay safe, friends.

While airlines and online travel agencies are telling customers don’t call us, we can’t handle the volume of calls, and in some cases disconnecting callers after hours on hold, consumers who use traditional travel agents are not only getting advice.
