This was captured on a cruise I took. Waking up in a new country and being able to watch the sun rise was relaxing! A cruise will never fail me at relaxing! No cooking, cleaning or thinking for others for the whole trip?! Gives me enough time to unwind and clear my mind!

BIG NEWS from Carnival Cruise Line

Carnival just made some major announcements, and there’s a lot to be excited about:

New Ship: CARNIVAL FESTIVALE - Official Group
Launching in Spring 2027 from Port Canaveral, this fourth Excel-class ship will feature brand-new music-themed zones, enhanced youth programs (including a dedicated space for toddlers), and Carnival Waterworks Ultra — the largest and most family-friendly waterpark at sea.

Family Enhancements
Over 1,000 connecting staterooms, more than any other Excel-class ship, plus expanded areas and programming for kids ages 6 months to teens.

Sunsation Point
A brand-new top deck experience with waterslides, rope courses, mini golf, dry play zones, and nighttime events with DJs and extended splash hours.

Dining Updates
Carnival’s Chief Culinary Officer, Emeril Lagasse, is helping develop new food concepts. While ChiBang! will be replaced, popular favorites like Guy’s Burger Joint, Pig & Anchor, and Big Chicken are staying.

CARNIVAL TROPICALE - Official Group sets sail in 2028

A brand-new class of ships, known as CARNIVAL NEW MEGA SHIP CRUISERS - OFFICIAL GROUP, begins arriving in 2029, each holding nearly 8,000 guests.

Itinerary & Deployment Changes
- Carnival returns to year-round cruising from Mobile, AL
- A larger ship may replace Carnival Pride in Baltimore
- Mahogany Bay becomes Isla Tropicale, with a pool, cabanas, beach club, and more

Loyalty Program Updates
Carnival's VIFP loyalty program is being refreshed with new benefits, set to roll out in 2026. Full details coming this summer.

I’m super excited to be hosting a family/friends ABC Cruise on Carnival Cruise Line in July 2026.

* Registration for this will begin 3/1/2025
* We will be porting out of Miami, FL.
* We will have a hosting hotel in Miami for those coming in a day before the cruise.
* Payment Plan can/will be set up for everyone. You also have an option of paying in full!
* Full Deposits holds/secure your cabin!
* Sail dates are July 18- July 26, 2026
* Final Payment is due April 2026
