There will be days when we have to slow down, regroup, cry a little, pray a little harder, and figure it out as we go.

But one thing about us? We keep moving.

Not because everything is easy, but because we know there’s still more life to live, more goals to reach, more lessons to learn, and more versions of ourselves to become.

Keep going, sis. You’re allowed to pause. Just don’t forget to keep moving. 🤎

These days all I do is… work, workout, handle my business, take care of my family, take care of my home, and try to take care of ME somewhere in between. 😂🤎
