hland side of lake offering clearest waters and only a two minute boat ride from either the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Resort or the infamous Lake Oconee sandbar. The main floor features 20-feet-high ceilings, new wood floors and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The family living area includes a fireplace, mounted TV, dining area and furnishings pulled together with a decorator's eye. Fully equipped and updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, ice-maker, dishwasher and coffee maker. Kitchen utensils, linens and towels are provided ... even beach towels! Master suite upstairs has its own full bath and loft reading area with love seat. Master bed is a California king and bedroom includes two built-in twin beds for families with little ones. Two bedrooms are located on the main floor, both with queen beds. The basement has a huge living area, fireplace, and the fourth bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom, a twin bed on the top, and a twin trundle bed underneath. The basement opens up to the patio with a fire pit a short walk from the lake. Just outside the basement door is a shed full of fun toys such as tubes, noodles, kayak and life jackets. Help yourselves! Additionally, we have a few bicycles on hand for your enjoyment. This home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, guys or girls weekends. Beyond the lake, this location offers many nearby attractions such as: top-rated golf courses in Georgia, luxurious Ritz spa, University of Georgia football, historic town of Madison, Augusta National Golf Club and outstanding nearby restaurants.
