🚢💥 Why You Need Travel Insurance on a Cruise 💥🚢

Day 1 of my cruise I ended up in the ship’s medical center. 😩 One unexpected injury and a quick visit later, I was handed a bill for over $500. Yep — that’s the price of onboard medical care when you’re at sea and not covered.

The good news? I had travel insurance. 🙌🏼 It’s going to reimburse me for the entire cost, saving me from a major headache (and wallet-ache).

Cruises are amazing, but accidents can happen — even on Day 1. Don’t skip the travel insurance. It’s a small price for big peace of mind. ✔️

📌 Pro tip: Always double-check your policy covers medical care onboard. Not all do!

Come check out our room on Star of the Seas! The new Infinite Balcony Ocean View cabin. We were in cabin 11268 (mid-aft) and had a great location to the elevators making it quick and easy to get around the ship. Check out the size of the shower and see what the room looks like with the beds split apart!

✈️🚢 Flying in the SAME day as your cruise? Think twice. 😬

Yesterday was pure chaos at the airport. Hours of weather delays, people scrambling through terminals… and unfortunately, a LOT of folks didn’t make it to their cruise on time. 😢

We got lucky — we flew in the night before. But the stress? Not worth it.

📌 Travel tip:
🗓️ Always fly in at least a day before your cruise.
You’re spending thousands — don’t let a flight delay ruin the whole trip.

💼 And seriously… get travel insurance.
