When I was in Mykonos, do you remember me mentioning that I checked an item off my bucket list? One thing I have always wanted to do was a flying dress photoshoot in Greece, and I was able to do just that in Mykonos!

I finally received all of my pictures, and I couldn’t wait to share a few!

Morgan and Carla joined me for the photoshoot, which made it even better. We laughed—a lot—and made some wonderful memories!

And we were all VERY thankful Bryan was there too. He carried all of our belongings, helped us get sneak peeks of the photos, and even helped with our hair. He definitely earned some brownie points that day!

This is one of the things I love most about travel. Sometimes it’s not just about the places you see, but the experiences you have and the memories you bring home.

Yesterday we said goodbye to the ship and spent our final day in Greece exploring Athens on a private tour.

We went to the highest point in Athens, Mount Lycabettus, and took in the incredible views from the church at the top. We toured the Acropolis and stood in front of the Parthenon, watched the changing of the guard, and enjoyed seeing more of this amazing city.

It is hard to believe our Greece adventure is coming to an end. We have climbed a LOT of steps, seen places I have only read about, experienced so much history, eaten some wonderful food, laughed a lot, and made memories I will treasure for years to come.

This has truly been a fabulous trip, and I am so thankful I had the opportunity to experience it and share it with such a wonderful group.

Now it is time to start our journey home. Greece, you were everything I hoped you would be and so much more!I especially like the “climbed a LOT of steps” line after everything you’ve experienced on this trip—it makes it sound much more like you.

Yesterday we visited the beautiful island of Milos, and this one surprised me!

Milos is a smaller Greek island, and not many cruise ships are able to visit, which made it feel a little more special.

Our first stop was Sarakiniko Beach, also known as the Lunar or Moon Beach, and WOW! The bright white volcanic rock was formed from volcanic material and then shaped over thousands of years by the wind and sea. It honestly looks like you’ve landed on the moon!

Next, we headed to Plaka, where the views were absolutely amazing. Greece just keeps giving us one beautiful view after another!

Our last stop was the early Christian Catacombs of Milos. Walking through a place with that much history was incredible and definitely one of those moments that makes you stop and think about all the people who came before us.

Milos may be a smaller island, but it certainly made a big impression on me!

Yesterday we were in Mykonos, but our adventure took us to another island first—Delos!

We explored the ancient ruins and the Sanctuary of Apollo. One of the things that makes Delos so fascinating is that the ruins you see are original and have not been rebuilt like some other ancient sites. It was incredible to walk through so much history!

Then it was back to Mykonos for a photoshoot. I’m not sharing too much about that just yet, but I can officially say I checked something off my bucket list! More to come on that later.

We finished the day with dinner in town before heading back to the ship. Another wonderful day in Greece!

Santorini!! What a beautiful island and such a fun day!

We started by heading to the highest point on the island, then visited the black sand beach and, of course, had to see those famous blue domes. The views everywhere we turned were absolutely beautiful!

One of my favorite parts was simply having time to sit down, enjoy a drink, and take in the view. Sometimes those moments are the best part of traveling.

The crowds were unbelievable today with several cruise ships in port, but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying Santorini.

Another beautiful day in Greece and another place I’m so glad I got to experience!

Yesterday we spent the day in Crete, and the highlight was definitely our trip to Spinalonga!

This little island may be small, but it has a lot of history. It was once home to a Venetian fortress and later became one of Europe’s last l***r colonies, operating from 1903 to 1957. Walking through the old streets and buildings and imagining what life was like there was fascinating.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt that Spinalonga is surrounded by gorgeous blue water and beautiful views! History, scenery, and another beautiful day in Greece — we are definitely making the most of this adventure!

Yesterday’s adventure took us to Rhodes and the beautiful Acropolis of Lindos! 🇬🇷

To get to the top, we tackled about 300 steps—with NO handrails! Thankfully, this climb felt a little easier than the Acropolis in Corinth… or maybe we’re just becoming professional Acropolis climbers!

The views from the top were absolutely stunning and worth every single step. I’m still amazed when I look at these ancient structures and think about the men who built them so many years ago without the tools and equipment we have today. Incredible!

After 300 steps, you can probably guess what was next… FOOD! We grabbed some delicious gyros in town, but we were so hungry that we completely forgot to take pictures. You’ll just have to trust me—they were good!

Another beautiful day, another Acropolis conquered, and more wonderful memories made in Greece!

Yesterday was such an amazing day exploring Corinth, Greece!

One of my favorite parts of traveling is seeing history come to life, and Corinth certainly did that. We learned about the Apostle Paul and his journey through this area. Standing in a place where so much history happened makes the stories you’ve heard and read about feel so much more real.

We explored Ancient Corinth, saw the Acropolis of Corinth high above us, and visited the incredible Corinth Canal. It’s hard to appreciate just how impressive the canal is until you’re standing there looking down into it! It was built to connect two seas and give ships a much shorter route around the Peloponnese.

It was a day filled with history, beautiful scenery, and moments I know I’ll remember for a long time.
