"I heard you can go to Umrah by yourself…"
Sure, it's possible. But should you?
I know someone who did it without a guide too—but that doesn’t mean it’s the best path for everyone. The truth is, proper knowledge and understanding of how to perform the Rites correctly is essential for our worship to be accepted.
Allah says in the Qur’an:
“Say: Are those who know equal to those who do not know? Only those of understanding will take heed.” (Surah Az-Zumar 39:9)
Performing Hajj or Umrah isn't like any other trip—it’s a sacred journey, not a vacation. It requires more than just booking a flight and hotel. From the correct performance of rituals to navigating language, logistics, and accommodations, the help of experienced, knowledgeable guides is truly invaluable.
Don’t risk your worship by choosing the cheapest option or relying solely on DIY confidence. A low price often hides high costs—and not just financial ones.
May Allah accept our worship done sincerely and correctly, for His sake alone.
