A Holiday Prayer for Single Women 🤍

God, today I lift up every woman who is single during this season.

Whether she is single by choice, still waiting, widowed, newly divorced, separated, or carrying the sacred weight of single motherhood — let her know she is seen.

Wrap her in empathy where the world can feel loud.
🌹Cover her in peace where the questions feel heavy.
🌹Remind her that she has not been abandoned, overlooked, or forgotten.

Grant her wisdom for the decisions ahead.
🌹Strength for the days that feel tender.
🌹And glory for the life that is still unfolding.

May she feel surrounded — by prayer, by love, and by divine protection.
🌹May she trust that all is well, even when the path is still revealing itself.

WE DESERVE BETTER ❤️‍🔥

This season, I’ve been sitting with gratitude in a way that feels quiet, steady, and deeply safe.

This time last year, I didn’t have a partner to hold my hand, plan the holidays with, or dream out loud beside. I had faith, healing work, and a lot of honest conversations with God and my ancestors—but I was still alone in that way that can feel loud during the holidays.

Fast forward one year… and I am loved, honored, and supported in a way that doesn’t require me to shrink, perform, overgive, or prove my worth.

I’m in a healthy, stable, and life-giving partnership where love feels calm, intentional, and mutual. And one of the most beautiful parts? My LOVE .sanyang.56
has encouraged me—without fear or insecurity—to return to the work of helping fluffy Black women date with dignity for marriage.

That’s how I know this love is real.
Because healthy love doesn’t compete with your calling—it covers it.

If you’re spending another holiday season alone and feeling tender about it, I want you to hear this clearly: being single is not a failure, and rushing love is not dignity.

Dating with dignity means:

Just Ranting…

I CAN See Clearly Now

I am in deep nostalgia & reflection about life, the United States, my ancestors and purpose. Dr King said it’s not the length of time you live it’s the quality of your existence. He said two things we have to overcome to be truly FREE the love of money and the fear of death.

Today I decided I was going to snuggle on my couch with the cats a binge watch TV. But the God in me selected what I binged on.

Today was binge-worthy Black History Legends Documentaries.

I watched Quincy Jones, Nina Simone, Wendy Williams, Dr MLK, and Rustin-if I could describe each of the characters in one word it would be RADICAL!!!

That’s the Secret Sauce to leaving your mark. To be radical you have to be relentless even in the face of fear.

I am so clear on my bounce back mission and my engine is geared up.

Don’t be shocked because I am getting ready to light up the sky like a flame 🔥.

How you live your life matters and I am here for you my loves.

Remember to keep your head up and heart close to God and until we meet or speak, HUG YOURSELF FOR ME!
