• 3 vehicles set on fire on the highway to Cancún
• 7 in Playa del Carmen
• 5 in Tulum
• 1 business set on fire in Tulum
• Damage to an Oxxo store in Cozumel
Nine suspects have been arrested.

Following the violent events that took place in the country during a federal operation in Tapalpa, Jalisco, Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa announced the deployment of a joint operation mobilizing more than 10,000 federal, state, and municipal forces in the state, ensuring that the situation remains under control.
She explained that due to the circulation of false information on social media, the authorities are maintaining constant coordination with:
• The Army
• The National Guard
• The Navy
• The Attorney General's Office
• The State Attorney's Office
• The Judiciary
• The National Institute of Migration
• The Secretariat of Citizen Security
• Regional working groups with municipal presidents
Regarding the recommendations of the U.S. Consulate, it was clarified that these are preventive measures intended for U.S. citizens, such as avoiding non-essential travel and staying informed through official sources.
