Wow, what a great tour on a beautiful day! We had guests from Arizona, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Reynoldstown, Bath and London in England, and New Delhi in India. We almost couldn’t get them all in one photo!

Bicycle Tours of Atlanta wouldn’t be what it is today without these incredible women and the unwavering support of Outback Bikes!

Pictured here are Kate (on my right) and Tracey (on my left)—true rockstars—along with the entire Outback team and Rae, who keeps things running smoothly back in Hapeville. They are, in so many ways, the backbone of our operation.

We maintain a fleet of 50 bikes, but when we need electric bikes or are hosting large groups—like the 50 guests from Google we recently welcomed—we couldn’t meet those needs without their help. Their dedication to our success continues to blow me away.

Kate and Pete have been supporting us since we opened our doors in 2009, and I am forever grateful. If you're in the market for a new bike or need service on your current one, let them take care of you the way they’ve taken care of us.

Thank you, Kate, Tracey, Rae, and the entire Outback crew, for being our most valued partner! 🚲❤️

Big day at BTA!
Today we had the honor of welcoming 48 guests from Google—joining us from across the globe. It was our very first opportunity to work with Google, and it was a joy to share Atlanta with such a dynamic group.

But honestly, that’s not the real headline.

The real story is this team. These brilliant, kind, entertaining humans show up with heart, grit, and joy for every ride that rolls out onto Auburn Avenue. They turn a simple tour into something unforgettable—and they make being a tour guide a profession to be proud of.

I can’t say it enough: I am beyond grateful to these magnificent individuals. Thank you, Cory, Karen, Walt, Troy, Sam, Lisa, Judy, Doug, Monica, and Mark, for bringing so much professionalism to this little bike tour company, and for making every guest feel like they’re part of something special.

Our guests today came from Boston, MA; London, England; and Edinburgh, Scotland. They were so pleased to see Atlanta by bike. One guest said they take bike tours everywhere they travel. When I told him that the bar is high, he replied “You guys have raised the bar!” What a great compliment.

Southern Hospitality at its best

Tripadvisor review: Guided Bike Tour in Atlanta with Snacks
Hi y'all.

Our group of 5 Canadian women would like to thank Judy and Tanner for a great tour. This was our first time in Atlanta and we learned so much from these fun and knowledgeable guides. (Sorry for asking so many questions making the tour longer than expected). Safety is obviously a priority for this company. The bikes were in excellent condition ond the guides made sure they were a good fit for us.

The tour covered alot of cool sights and interesting neighbourhoods with opportunities to take photos.

Sometimes it is the little things that make a difference in making an experience great. We really appreciated the water bottles, snacks and sun screen. It was also helpful to have a safe place to store our bags.

We must give a big Shout Out to the owner Robyn. She went above and beyond by offering to store our luggage for hours while we waited for our flight home. This offer was unexpected, unbelievable kind and so helpful to us.

Thank you Judy, Tanner and Robyn for your Southern Hospitality that we will remember for a long time.

Monica does not mess around when it comes to taking fun selfies! It helps that is was a perfectly beautiful day and the roses were in full bloom at the Peace Rose Garden at the Martin Luther King Jr. Historical National Park.

But it also helps that she had a million dollar smile!

Today we had Francesca, one of our many serial return clients, and her friend, Ruth, visiting from Germany. Francesca knows there is no better way to experience the coolest parts of the city, than by bike, and we are so grateful for her support of this small business!

Okay, three Germans, a Kiwi, and a Coloradan walk into a bar...well actually, onto a bike tour…
No punchline—just good vibes, street art, and a whole lot of pedaling through ATL sunshine. 🌞

They crushed the hills, learned a little history, and even admired some Forward Warrior murals along the way.
Just remember -- bikes + art + great people = the best kind of day in Atlanta. 🚲❤️

Here at Bicycle Tours of Atlanta, we treat everyone with presidential preference. Because we are all members of the Hall of Fame!

It was a perfect day for a private bike tour with Nicole and Ruby all the way from Australia!

If you’re traveling and craving a deeper connection to a city’s history, art, and culture, consider booking a private bike tour with a local company. There’s truly no better way to explore than on two wheels!

Three countries. One unforgettable stop.
Today, we welcomed guests from England, Canada, and Switzerland—each visiting Atlanta for different reasons, but all moved by the same powerful experience.

📍This photo was taken at the World Peace Rose Garden at the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park. It never fails—our international guests are always deeply touched by the MLK sites: the rose garden, his burial site, historic Ebenezer, and today’s Ebenezer Baptist Church, where U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock continues Dr. King's legacy.

🌹The roses in the garden represent The Beloved Community—the vision Dr. King dreamed of and nurtured.

One of our Canadian guests said it best: “Everyone we've met in Atlanta has been so kind.” We couldn’t agree more. At Bicycle Tours of Atlanta, kindness—especially toward those who feel threatened—is a core value.

It was a perfect day for a private bike tour for Jennifer and Aaron from Lawrenceville as they kicked off celebrating Jennifer's next trip around the sun! Looks like they have perfected the "laugh for camera" technique! These two were a blast and kept me totally entertained! Shout out to DAS.BK for this cool mouse along the Beltline! It's a crowd pleaser! https://www.instagram.com/das.bk/

Yeah, yeah, yeah....the bike tour was great, but you know what makes a bike tour really special? It's when we squeeze in a little visit at Fetch! Jim, Kelly and Matt from Philly, and Melissa and Eric from Sandy Springs soaked up a bunch of dog love! It's a perfect place to include with dog people!
