Between April 23 and 27, authorities with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) detained 28 crew members across eight cruise ships docked in San Diego. One of those ships included the Disney Magic.

27 of the 28 crew members arrested were involved in either the "receipt, possession, transportation, distribution, or viewing of CSEM or child po*******hy." Twenty-six of those detained were from the Philippines; another crew member was from Indonesia and the other was from Portugal. All of those detained are being returned to their countries of citizenship.

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Delta Air Lines has suspended special airport perks for members of Congress during the ongoing government shutdown, removing benefits like airport escorts and “red coat” VIP assistance. Lawmakers will now go through standard TSA lines like other passengers.

The move comes as the partial shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security continues to disrupt air travel nationwide, with TSA workers going unpaid and staffing shortages leading to long security delays at major airports. Delta said the decision was driven by strained resources and a need to prioritize employees and everyday customers during the crisis. 

While Congress members still have access to a dedicated booking line, their in-airport privileges have been paused until the funding situation is resolved.
