We got the boat in the water and we are looking forward to a great summer. Scott saw a big Northern Pike swim out from under the dock. We haven't been out fishing yet, but maybe this week.

The Red Pine Cabin is ready for winter visitors!
There is lots of snow for snowmobiling, snowshoes, skiing and other winter activities. Scott has done a superb job of clearing the snow in the driveway so no problems there.

Going on Airbnb increased our rentals. Which is good. However, we already have six weeks reserved for summer 2025. So if you are thinking you might want to enjoy staying here next summer, please plan soon. We need your paid reservation to guarantee your week.

Hello friends. In a few short weeks, the leaves will start to change signaling another season. We are taking reservations for fall now. We require a minimum three night stay. There are still tours and activities or just enjoy the amazing color palette of Autumn in the U.P.

Hello friends. We are off to a sluggish start this year. Due to lack of reservations, we have decided to use Airbnb to help advertise our rental. However, we will still take reservations by phone or email as in the past. If you see us on Airbnb you might notice a change in rates. This is only on Airbnb. Our rates have stayed the same and we still give a 10% discount to returning renters. I hope you will consider joining us this summer.
