Royal Caribbean is doubling down on the private island experience by announcing a new, bigger and bolder beach day, and this one is in Mexico. The port of Costa Maya will transform into Perfect Day MEXICO sometime in 2027.
Specific details to be announced "in the coming months", but Royal did say in a statement that you can expect "an all-new, thrilling waterpark; jaw-dropping pools and beaches; restaurants, bars and more spots for all tastebuds; music; and more."

You saw my post earlier post about the Prima being the first NCL ship to depart from Galveston this winter into early spring but that's not all, in 2024 the Escape will also be making her way to TX and then New Orleans, making her the first Breakaway Plus class ship to sail from the Cresent City (with 7 night sailings to the Western Caribbean). And looking ahead into 2025, the brand new Viva will debut in Galveston in December.
