What We Ate Wednesday- MSC Seashore edition. And all of this was in Central Park, one of the many main dining rooms INCLUDED with your cruise.

Spent a week on the MSC Seashore out of Port Canaveral. Booked 2 connected balconies because the kiddos are getting too big to all fit in an interior.
We stopped at what is probably now our favorite private island among the cruise lines- Ocean Cay in the Bahamas. It's a private marine reserve and is absolutely gorgeous.
The food was really good. Sea day brunch was a hit and we enjoyed sitting together at dinner in the main dining room. The kids took a ton of food pics and would remind us "Phone eats first!"
Of course we had the drink package and made good use of it, ha! Our favorite place and where we spent a lot of time together, when the kids didn't ditch us for the teen clubs, was the Sports Bar. We watched all the hockey and basketball finals and played a lot of family games in the booths. The staff there were the best.
After returning, we spent a couple of nights at a condo in Orange Lake that had a water park in the middle. Unfortunately about 2 hours into our first day there, Kaitlyn caught a very uneven and wet step and rolled her ankle bad enough that within minutes was swollen and purple. Off to urgent care and few hours later, she's on crutches and meds. Nothing broken that they saw but said get to an ortho as soon as you get home.
Overall we had a good time and are looking forward to our cruise on her newer, sister ship, the MSC Seascape out of Galveston in November with friends.

Royal Caribbean is doubling down on the private island experience by announcing a new, bigger and bolder beach day, and this one is in Mexico. The port of Costa Maya will transform into Perfect Day MEXICO sometime in 2027.
Specific details to be announced "in the coming months", but Royal did say in a statement that you can expect "an all-new, thrilling waterpark; jaw-dropping pools and beaches; restaurants, bars and more spots for all tastebuds; music; and more."
