Carnival just opened bookings for Carnival Tropicale, which will debut in April 2028 and sail from Galveston.
Unfortunately, the sailings aren't that varied, with just two main options. But if you're a fan of the Carnival ecosystem, you'll be excited.
Most cruises will alternate between two itineraries: a 6-day Western Caribbean sailing to Cozumel and Isla Tropicale in Roatán, and an 8-day Bahamas sailing visiting Nassau, RelaxAway, Half Moon Cay, and Celebration Key.
There are also a handful of shorter 4- and 5-day sailings mixed into the schedule.
Carnival still hasn’t revealed the two unique themed zones that'll be onboard, but we do know Tropicale will bring the newer Excel-class features first introduced on Festivale, including Sunsation Point and new dining options.
