My name is Katie Hamel and I am a mother to a 10 year old daughter. My love for Disney stemmed from my dad sharing his childhood Disney World memories and attractions such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, and the Enchanted Tiki Room and bringing my siblings and I to Disney World so that we could experience the magic of Disney too. As an adult, I have been to Disney during the holidays

and have been grateful to attend the Very Merriest After Hours Christmas party at Magic Kingdom. I have had the opportunity to experience dining at several quick service and snack locations including having dined at several of the hottest table service restaurants such as Space 220, Be Our Guest, Garden Grill, Ohana, Chef Art Smith's Homecomin', and many more. I love that Disney is a fun, magical place for all ages and seeing the excitement and awe on my daughters face with every new experience. Researching attraction updates, resort updates, discounts, delicious park snacks, and all else there is to know about a Disney vacation started out as a hobby. I was finding myself keeping up on all the latest Disney news just for fun and sharing tips and tricks with friends and family who were thinking about booking a trip or already had a Disney vacation planned. I even found myself planning my next Disney trip before my current vacation was over. It was then that I decided to look into becoming a travel agent! I'm also known to do extensive research and planning on many other trips and fun activities throughout the year. To me, planning and researching is just as fun as the vacation!
