Bittersweet News: We have decided to sell the property and pursue opportunities closer to home. We have enjoyed hosting so many wonderful guests in the Cottage & newly renovated Loft.

We have no doubt that this wonderful craftsman style home will make a great family home with an added bonus of potential for extra income with the loft.

OR if the new owner wants to keep it as a short term rental it is available for sale completely furnished and TURN KEY READY!

With that being said, we do still have one project left to complete with the upstairs bathroom as soon as our last summer guests check out! (It's been a crazy busy summer)

Laundry 🧺 is almost a dirty word when you’re on vacation (who wants to do it??)
ESPECIALLY when you have to pay for it where you’re staying!
Guess what….the Cottage has a laundry room right next to the bedrooms upstairs for your convenience.
We provide everything you need to use and have clean clothes during your stay and you won’t have too much laundry to do when you return home….because nobody really enjoys laundry 🧺 right?

Who knew??? The Cottage & the Loft have had the pleasure of hosting so many wonderful guests from all over the country! Visitors from New York, Florida, Colorado, North Carolina, Kansas, Mississippi, Nebraska, Idaho, Minnesota, Arizona, Texas, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, California & of course Iowa!

Maybe we need a map 🗺️ where the guests can leave a pin where they’re from!

Audubon is a great small town to show our guests what hometown hospitality is like in Iowa!
