"My friend and I recently worked with Joy to plan a last-minute trip to Iceland, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience! Joy put together a wonderful itinerary based on the places we wanted to visit. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.
Even when I wanted to rearrange a few things, Joy took the time to explain how certain stops might take us out of our way and why they might not be the best fit for that particular day. Since we were renting a car, she was thoughtful about organizing our itinerary so that the places we wanted to see were conveniently along the way, making the most of our time and minimizing unnecessary driving.
I truly appreciated Joy's attention to detail, flexibility, and knowledge. I would absolutely use her services again for future trips and would highly recommend her to any friends looking for help planning their travels!"
