Last week I experienced Disney Cruise Line’s Marvel Day at Sea for the very first time and I have to say… I LOVED it!!

We started our day by attending a fun “class” called Marvel 101 where you’re taught a crash course of Marvel history so you can be in the know throughout the day. This was a perfect snapshot into the Marvel Universe and then we were ready to kick things off.

There is A LOT going on around the ship- character meet and greets, trivia, how to draw activities, marvel movies, special entertainment moments, and more. I highly recommend looking through the Navigator app to make a loose plan for the day so you can prioritize what’s most important to you. We wanted to meet a few characters and the best bang for your buck (time wise..it’s all free!) is definitely the Heroic Encounters! These are pre-reserved meet and greets with 3-4 characters at once (similar to the Royal Gathering). Characters also make surprise appearances around the ship so you may be lucky to be in the right place at the right time😉.

They have a variety of live entertainment from the Warriors of Wakanda show to the Star Spangled Musical R***e inspired by Captain America, Mickey and Minnie’s Super Hero Celebration to the culminating event- Heroes Unite! There is something for the whole family to enjoy.

We also experienced a special Marvel themed dinner with selections from your favorite heroes. Even your dining team gets in on the fun with festive dinner attire!

From start to finish, Marvel Day at Sea was full of fun and I can’t wait to experience it again!
