TBT - Earlier this week we realized that we have been arranging international soccer tours for almost 46 years.

And, recently we received the following message and pictures from a former customer and still a good friend who traveled many times with us and shared this with us. It is nice to see that our tours have such an impact on people’s lives.

“If you'll recall we won the Italy Cup in 1994 and then another time later in the 90's. Memories that we still carry with us. I just had luncheon with three of the ladies that were part of the Jersey United team 32 years ago. Each went on to have great collegiate carriers at University of Virginia (Wendy Hartwig), the University of Alabama (Tricia Pappalardo) and University of Delaware (Erica Bauer) and have become outstanding moms and contributors to society. The other young man in the picture with me is Bill Burniston now head trainer for the Carolina Hurricane NHL team. I am still coaching high school soccer and will begin my 51st season this year! We continued on with our Jersey United program offering opportunities for over 300 young ladies who traveled ,trained and completed with us most of who went on to compete at the collegiate level. Thanks for the great opportunities you and your company presented over the years. We played over 140 matches overseas. Many of the coaching friends I made through our travels still stay in touch as great friends Keep up the great work presenting these great opportunities for more world understanding through the beautiful game – Jeff Yearing – Jersey United”.
