So how do I do my best to make sure clients are satisfied with the places they stay?

1️⃣ I get to know your travel preferences, what you like and what your top priorities are when you travel, etc.

2️⃣ I take note of the resorts you’ve loved in the past and the resorts you haven’t loved so much — this gives me a great place to start.

3️⃣ I stay up-to-date on the new resort and hotel openings across the Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and I’m constantly taking notes when NEW properties open. This ensures I have suggestions ready when my clients are ready to travel
