Heyo, it’s power hour on a Saturday night! Holler to all our MVMT homies out there circulating, keeping the wheels turning & saving lives in 🔥… it’s been a minute since I’ve personally been on the saddle… I’m super excited to be coming back…
This was an epic experience reminding me that while time and space can create a gap, nothing keeps me or us away from what I/we truly love.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, and every September the National Alliance on Mental Illness ( ) hosts to raise awareness, one step at a time.

NAMIWalks are also used to raise funds for their no-cost support programs. You can read about what they offer our Central Texas communities at namicentraltx.org.

Movemint's provided free rides for attendees since 2016. Thank you, . David's taking some photos for some grateful attendees.

One of the distinguished attendees of yesterday's Mermaid Parade in San Marcos was affable U.S. Rep. Lloyd Doggett of the 35th District. Movemint fixture and champion pedicabber Fred was there to chauffeur.
