Life has been a little extra stressful lately, and I’m seriously craving a reset. 💛

Would anyone be interested in a girls’ long weekend at Tabacón in Costa Rica end of October? Thinking hot springs, spa time, good food, cocktails, relaxing, and zero responsibilities for a few days 🌴✨

If that sounds like your vibe, let me know so I can see if there is any interest!

Heading to Europe this summer.......don't forget these items:

1. Adapter - I suggest one with USB ports on it as well to plug in a few items at once.
2. Crossbody bag or small backpack - I recently had a client get her purse stolen and this way you never have to set it down when eating, on public transport etc.
3. Hanging Toiletry bag - so much easier as a lot of older hotels dont have space for toiletries.
4. Earplugs - staying in the city can be loud at night
5. Airtags ( or similar)
6. Disposable Washcloth - Europe doesn't seem to use them lol
7. Sneakers- Europe is wearing these now so why not be comfortable
8. Scarf - fashionable and good for windy days as well as covering shoulders in churches
9. Tissues - in case that museum or train station is out

Do forget these items:
1. Jewelry bag - Why risk it?!
2. Graphic tees - A big way to stand out as a tourist, purchase some plain tees before you go.
3. Heels - Between all the walking and the cobblestones there is no need.
4. Flip flops - Unless you are walking to the spa or the pool

Just wrapped up a powerful focus group meeting with our team today 💡

One thing I’m always reminded of is that when you work with me, you’re not just getting me — you’re getting the strength, insight, and support of an entire team behind you. We spent time brainstorming new ideas, sharing best practices, and finding even better ways to show up for and support our clients.

There’s something really special about being part of a group that’s constantly learning, growing, and collaborating to serve others at a higher level.

Grateful to be part of a team that truly cares ❤️

If you’re heading to Europe this year, there’s something important to know…

The EU is rolling out a new Entry/Exit System (EES), which means biometric screening and likely longer waits at immigration.

It’s one of those things most travelers won’t think about—until they’re standing in a very long line after an overnight flight.

One of the easiest ways to make this smoother?

VIP airport arrival services.

You’re met right at the aircraft, guided through the process, and seamlessly escorted to your car. It takes what could feel overwhelming and turns it into something calm and easy.

It’s not about skipping anything—just having someone there to navigate it with you.

And honestly, after a long flight, that kind of support makes all the difference.

The clients who feel this change the least? The ones who planned for it ✈️

I saw a post from someone planning a trip to Rome with their daughters.

They had their hotel.
They had their Vatican tickets.

And then they said:

“I’ve got nothing else… hit me with recommendations.
*Not looking for a travel agent.*”

And honestly?

That line says everything about how people still view this industry.

Because most people think this is about *booking.*

It’s not.

You can absolutely book Rome on your own.
That’s never been the value.

The difference is in *how the trip actually feels once you’re there.*

* Going to St. Peter’s at the right time vs. the wrong time
* Ending up in the right neighborhood for dinner vs. a forgettable one
* Knowing when to plan… and when to leave space

That’s the part no “fast pass” ticket solves.

And it’s also the part most people don’t realize they’re missing — until after the trip.

Here’s what I’m seeing more and more:

The most valuable travelers aren’t asking,
“Can you book this for me?”

They’re asking,
“What’s actually worth my time?”

That’s where the role shifts.

Not from booking…
but from *knowing.*

Because the best trips aren’t built on access.

They’re built on discernment.

That moment as a travel advisor when your heart drops because you *think* something went wrong with a booking… 😅

Double-check. Triple-check. Email the hotel. Refresh inbox 12 times.

…and then realize everything is exactly as it should be.

Crisis averted 🙌

Behind every “seamless” trip is a lot of behind-the-scenes checking, re-checking, and making absolutely sure every detail is just right ✨

Currently dreaming of: Long dinners, great wine, and nowhere to be 🍷

Some of the best travel moments aren’t on an itinerary—they just happen.

A table with a view, a glass of wine, and time to actually enjoy it.

That’s the kind of travel I love helping my clients experience.
