Hey, remember that Real ID thingy you’ve been ignoring? 👀 It’s officially time to handle it because the deadline is coming fast!

Starting May 7, 2025, you’ll need a Real ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card to pass through TSA airport security for domestic flights within the U.S. If you don’t have one—or an approved alternative—you will be denied entry at TSA checkpoints. 😬

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ Real IDs are issued by all 50 states,

✅ Look for a star or star cutout in the top corner of your ID to confirm compliance.

❌ IDs that say “Federal Limits Apply” or “Not for Federal Identification” won’t work for travel.

Procrastinating? Don’t! The clock is ticking, and you don’t want to scramble at the last minute or risk being turned away on travel day.

👉🏾 Other acceptable forms of ID:

✅ U.S. Passport or Passport Card

✅ DHS Trusted Traveler Cards (like Global Entry)

✅ Permanent Resident Card

🛫 Handle it now, so you’re ready when May 2025 rolls around!
