On first glance, there is nothing extraordinary about this photo. Three vehicles parked at Lake Louise State Park. No big deal. 🤷‍♀️

It’s notable, though, that these vehicles belong to a dog walker, a jogger and two photographers. All of them came to the park independently to enjoy the outdoors. 🌳

And you should, too! Lake Louise State Park is a jewel right in our backyard, and it’s starting to wake up for the warmer season. You really ought to check it out. 🐝

By the way, this Saturday is a free park day, so you don’t need to pay admission. Better yet, just get yourself an annual park pass for $35. We think it’s a steal for what you’re going to get out of it. 🖤

This weekend will be a great time to come downtown and support our local businesses.
Sweet Reads will be celebrating independent bookstore day on Saturday with author signings and giveaways.
Hey Darling will be having author signings on both Saturday and Sunday.
Spam Museum will be having Spam Jam on Saturday, with spam samples, music, and Tiki puppet building.
Gypsy K will be having their $1.00 bin sale, a great way to freshen up your wardrobe for spring and summer.
Play It Forward will be having a 2:00 PM chaos Magic Draft on Saturday.
As always, Main Street Pinball has their all-day wristbands for $10.00, so you can come and go as you please.
Gravity Storm has Casey Mac playing after 5.
Beer, Bacon, and beignets is happening at the Packer Arena starting at 1 PM
Also, support local art by checking out the latest installation at the Art Center.
Remember to grab a delicious beverage as you enjoy the day downtown or grab lunch or dinner on the patio at the B&J or Downtown Grill.
