It all started with "Breaking Free" - a digital drawing of a tree" person" pulling his roots up from the earth and setting off to do all the things he could only watch before. More tree "people" followed his lead and now, there's no stopping them. From delivering mail, to singing and dancing, to napping in the sun, the tree people are enjoying every moment of their lives. There are tree-athletes,

celebri-trees, and "tree-formers" of all kinds, and they all remind us to live and experience our lives to the fullest.

I haven’t painted in a few months - I hope this is my block/slump breaker. I usually don’t blend pastels much - going for the more intense pigment- but I like the softness in the petals in this very blended piece.
