With a strong background in designing and developing custom homes, they established relationships with the many building entities essential to creating a successful project. Taking advantage of technology, and resources of suppliers and consultants, the architecture firms are able to focus on their commitment to originality of design and quality of the building process while also building strong client relationships. Tom holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a registered architect in the states of Colorado, Texas, and Illinois, and a member of The American Institute of Architects, A.I.A. and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Texas at Austin. Together they have two sons. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling. Did you know that maintaining the historic alley character is critical to Telluride’s architectural and historical makeup? We have one of the most distinctive alley scenes in the nation, which provides unique scale and texture to our town.

This year, we are celebrating Telluride's 60th anniversary as a designated National Historic Landmark District! In 1973, the Historic & Architectural Review Commission (HARC) was established to preserve this distinguished designation. Join us for a free HARC Tour this Friday, July 9 at 10am (upcoming tours also scheduled for August 13 & Sept. 10, 2021). These walking tours will explore Telluride architecture and built environment highlighting which buildings have been preserved and how Telluride retains its charming character.
