Welcome to Haven - a premium, oceanfront condo near the top of Hamilton Cove. Enjoy unobstructed, panoramic ocean views with only one set of steps from the top road! Our condo just so happens to be a corner unit, so you'll enjoy extra windows to take in the views, along with a wood burning fireplace. Haven features an expansive balcony perfect for basking in the sun, taking in a breathtaking island sunrise, or relaxing in the evening with your favorite beverage. In 2022, we updated the property with brand new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove (Fisher & Paykel, GE Monogram and Frigidaire), 2 new LG smart TVs with Peacock, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, enterprise class 5G WiFi, and more. The condo is one of the rare "pop out" properties with its own roof and no one above the living area. We even offer a 4-seat golf cart perfect for roaming around the island and snapping those perfect photos from various scenic tourist stops. Hamilton Cove guests enjoy full access to the community pool, spa, fitness facilities, saunas, Hamilton Cove beach, 18-hole miniature golf, a badminton/croquet area, two tennis courts, a kids' playground, beach volleyball, and outdoor grills.
