Modern Private home with sound view/access in Kinnakeet Shores, previously named Changes of Latitude (new ownership June 2016) with outstanding review. The new owners have updated and modernized the whole home with flat screen TV's, and in the the living room/great room an enormous sectional has been added to allow for more seating and a 50 inch fireplace for those romantic Avon nights.

e walk to beach, 3 minutes by bike, Close to Avon pier, and walking distance to the only chain grocery store on Hatteras Island (Food Lion) and many restaurants. Lakefront home very private that and secluded, while maintaining the peace and quiet you deserve on your vacation. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with covered parking and a basketball hoop, your whole family will feel right at home. Three bedrooms, including a queen master, are on the first level. Another queen bedroom is also on the first level, and a bedroom with two single beds as well as a fold out queen. There is a full bathroom and a laundry area on the first level. The top floor has an additional queen bedroom and full bathroom. The living/dining area with adjacent kitchen opens onto the sound view sundeck, the perfect place to stargaze at night. The kitchen has direct access to the screened porch with picnic table and lake view.
