Happy Friday, Hatteras Island friends! It’s finally Announcement Day for us here at Tugs, and we are ready let the cat out of the bag! We are working rapidly toward opening Hatteras Island’s first brewery, located in Avon in the space formerly occupied by our friends at Po House! We know we have some pretty big shoes to fill in that spot, but we look forward to many great sunsets sharing many great beers with many great friends! It’ll take some time to actually start brewing, but we’ll be opening the taphouse soon with all your favorite NC and VA craft beers, as well as wine, cider, seltzers, and more. Stay tuned to this page for updates as we have them. Cheers!

New sponsorship opportunities are now available on the Hatteras Sailing Organization website www.hatterassailing.org/sponsorships

You can sponsor anything from a new boat to a wetsuit and anything in between. Maybe you would rather donate time to build a boat rack? That's an option! You can even learn a new skill like boat or sail repair while you volunteer.
