Our Story

Carolina Kids OBX is a vacation rental home - available weekly during the summer and long stay available during off season. Home has a view of the ocean from the 2nd floor, and views of the ocean and sound can be seen in the tower. Easy beach access.

Home is strictly drug free and smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home. Driveway for 2- 3 cars only. No Trailers, RV, Boats, Golf Carts, etc. Carolina Kids sleeps 8 people.

New 12 X 25 salt water heated pool, 6 person hot tub, granite counter top in the Kitchen, new coastal decor. New stove and new mattress', area rug added. New Dishwasher, New lockout storage which includes beach chairs, beach carts, boogie boards, and coolers for guest to use. Kitchen includes a waffle maker, crock pot, Griddle,Regular Coffee Pot, and Keruig and several dishes for the Tiki Bar. Kitchen also has stock pots for seafood. We just added a Vintage air popcorn maker. A Multi Arcade game has been added for that rainy beach day. Pendant Lights for the Tiki bar. New Roku Smart TV’s for all bedrooms, new granite vanity for the bathroom. New Poly Furniture for the Pool Area. In August we re- did our driveway with new stones. New Outdoor furniture for the tower deck. We continue to do upgrades to make Carolina Kids the perfect vacation home for all to enjoy!!!!! This is our second home and we want you to feel like it is your second home.

***Our home can only sleep 8 people. We only rent to family groups that are 25 years or old. Our driveway has parking for 2-3 vehicles only. Trailer, RV, Campers, Boats, or Golf Carts are not allowed on our property. Golf Carts are not allowed on Wahoo Circle. Dare County has fines for anyone caught not obeying the laws. Since our home is very close to the beach we ask that spot lights are not left on all night, it confuses the nesting Sea Turtles. Hatteras Island has an amazing night sky help us keep the light pollution down. Please be respective of our neighbors.
