💰 There’s typically already a commission built into your cruise or vacation price. That’s how travel advisors like me get paid, we’re generally compensated by the travel supplier, not by adding a fee to your vacation.

So when you book directly online, that commission doesn’t suddenly disappear. In many cases, the travel company simply keeps it.

Today, I’m trading in my Funeral Director hat for my Travel Advisor hat and heading to Nashville for what I consider one of the best events of the year — TAMS 2026!
As much as I love helping families in my day-to-day role, I also know that investing in my travel business means investing in my clients.
